Internal Recruiter

As an Internal Recruiter, your responsibilities will vary. You will

• Liaise with key stakeholders including Hiring Managers, HR, Recruitment Marketing and  third-party suppliers to understand vacancy requirements and the approach to fill.
• Effectively utilise a creative, yet commercial mix of sourcing methods to develop a rich pipeline of talented individuals
• Review and screen candidates ready for shortlisting, ensuring they meet the requirements of the role prior to forwarding to the site / hiring manager.
• To maintain contact with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Create and maintain candidate talent pools to help support talent growth.
• Work with our post offer administration teams to ensure candidate checks are in place and all hires are compliant with Practice Plus Group policies.

Qualifications and skills required

• Experience working within an inhouse/external recruitment role or in a sales environment.
• Worked effectively as part of a team.
• Experience using a recruitment database or ATS.
• Experience of communicating and successfully managing stakeholders/hiring managers at a variety of levels.
• Experience of working in a multi-site organisation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of the confidentiality and compliance requirements of working in a recruitment team.
• Effective candidate sourcing and candidate management capabilities
• Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.

Other Factors

• Ability to travel to other Practice Plus Group locations / recruitment events as required
