We’re looking for a proactive Capacity Planning & Scheduling Lead to join our Administration team. You’ll play a key role in shaping and publishing appointment schedules that maximise clinical capacity, support smooth patient pathways, and help us meet vital wait-time targets. This is a dynamic position where your insight into demand, capacity, and service activity will directly enhance the patient experience.
In this role, you’ll design and refine booking schedules across specialties, working closely with consultants to confirm availability and secure additional sessions when needed. You’ll analyse demand trends, provide wait-time data to stakeholders, and ensure our ERS (electronic referral system) is always up to date and ready for direct booking.
