NHS 111 Health Advisor | Located on site - London, Stockley Park

Shifts: Please note, shift patterns that we are able to offer at the moment will be late evenings and weekends, OR we can offer overnights.

Ready to take the next step in your career and make a real impact every day? This is your chance to train to be a Health Advisor and work in our vibrant 111-contact centre.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of helping people in need, guiding them through critical decisions with care and professionalism. You will triage a variety of calls, provide accurate assessments, and offer non-clinical advice using the NHS Pathways System.

Training and Development:

We offer extensive, fully paid training to equip you with the skills to become a Health Advisor and learn the systems. The training is an essential part of this role and you would be required to attend to the training every day for the duration of the course.

Schedule:

Monday 15th December (Monday-Friday 9:30am - 5pm for 4 weeks)

Saturday 10th January (Tuesday - Thursday 6pm - 9:30pm AND Saturday and Sunday 9am - 5pm for 5 weeks)

Monday 19th January (Monday-Friday 9:30am - 5pm for 4 weeks)
