The main role of the post holder is to work as a member of the patient administration team providing general management and vital HR support for a team of 22 Administrators.  Deliver, with the Patient Service Manager, the agreed contractual requirements and targets as well as managing services within their financial framework.  Maintaining agreed standards of service, and leading, motivating and developing staff.  The Deputy Patient Services Manager will need to present an enthusiastic and inspiring attitude and be flexible and friendly in their approach.
