We have an exciting opportunity for a Non Medical Prescriber to join our Mental Health Team at HMP Dovegate, a category B Prison located in Uttoxeter in Staffordshire.

HMP Dovegate is a private prison with a capacity of 1060 males

As a non-medical prescriber you will be part of a small team of 4 based within the healthcare department, however you were mainly be wing based and other clinical areas within the prison.

We require someone who is a non-medical prescriber and ideally has previous experience within substance misuse.

Hours

Full time 37.5 hours a week.
Monday to Friday - 8am - 4pm
Alternate Saturday's - 8am - 4pm

Salary

You’ll receive an annual salary between £51,643 - £58,012 per annum - depending on experience.

In this role, I can really enhance my leadership skills- both clinical and non-clinical- as well as my managerial skills, I can engage with other clinicians to lead by example, and inspire and motivate other clinicians. I’m thriving in this role and am really enjoying it.
