Reporting to the Administration Lead, you the Funding Administrator, will apply our robust processes to manage all funding applications and related referrals.
You’ll need to communicate with patients, general practitioners, ICB’s (Integrated Care Boards), consultants, varied patient booking teams and other parties, such as internal and external stakeholders.
Your orderly and organised administration skills will come into play as you manage an accurate filing system for patient records and notes, ensuring that all medical records are scanned to the internal clinical system.
As the Funding Administrator, you’ll be accountable for audit adherence to the clinical policies, and work in-line with the ICB’s (Integrated Care Boards) to provide evidence when it is called upon.
