- Coordinating and managing operational activities during evening and weekend shifts
- Acting as the first point of contact for staff, patients, and external partners during your shift
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with organisational policies
- Supporting clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver seamless patient care
- Handling incoming communications and responding promptly to queries or escalations
- Monitoring resources and escalating issues as necessary to maintain service standards
- Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within healthcare or a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in liaising with a variety of stakeholders
- A proactive, calm, and solution-focused approach to managing challenges during out-of-hours periods
- Ability to work independently during evening and weekend shifts
