Administrator (Part Time)

• Carry out admin duties all healthcare pathways - primary care, mental health and substance misuse
• Use SystmOne to update and maintain patient records 
• Work closely with colleagues in all areas of the healthcare team
• Arrange and coordinate internal and external appointments, including hospital appointments 
• Deal with patients, colleagues and other professionals via phone and email, as well as face to face 
  
• Be responsible for ordering and management of stock
• Attend meetings and take minutes as required
