Qualifications required 

• You will have experience of working within the substance misuse multi-disciplinary frame work, that includes housing, social care, healthcare, and mental health pathways.
• You’ll also have a flexible approach to working within a team that encourages new ideas and opinions on how to improve the service.
• Good IT skills and IT literacy
