Clinical & Recovery Hub Administrator

As an Clinical & Recovery Hub Administrator your responsibilities will vary. You will

• Contribute to the delivery of administration services, to the healthcare team on site
• Work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks, working on IT systems, maintaining databases/waiting lists/call-up lists, general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, scanning etc. 
• The clinical side will include duties such as managing long terms conditions administrative tasks - you will be running reports, managing appointments and using system one as well as general administrative duties.
• The Recovery Hub focuses on substance misuse patients- you will be supporting clinicians, running reports and data management as well as general administrative duties.

• Previous administration experience - required
• System one experience - desired 
• Experience working within a prison or hospital/GP setting - desired 
• Experience using Excel 
• GCSE in maths & English
• Good communication skills
