We have an exciting opportunity for an Discharge Administrator to join the team at HMP Isle of Wight, a category B male prison just outside of Newport.
This role is offered on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
This is a fantastic new opportunity to join the Recovery team (Substance Misuse) - you can really make this role your own! Transfer & Discharge is a key part of the prisoner journey - ensuring that everything is place for prisoner release back into the community, or transfer to an alternative prison.
HMP Isle of Wight is a large male prison, with a population of around 1700, and is the combination of the two former island prisons, HMP Albany and HMP Parkhurst
Hours:
This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00.
Salary:
This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary between £24,924 - £27,582 depending on experience.
