Please note this role is office based

Our centres operate 24 hours every day of the year, so full time, part time and flexible shift options are all available. To help us operate a 24/7 service, we are particularly interested to hear from candidates who have availability in the evenings and weekends to cover our core hours,you will need to invest a minimum of 16 hours. 
  
Please note: If you require hours of more than 24 hours per week, including full-time roles (37.5 hours), we may be able to accommodate you, if you are happy to work longer weekend hours (this may mean working every weekend and taking days off during the week).
 
What you will get:
  • An hourly rate of Â£11.48 (during training and daytime shifts); £14.27 (contractual night rate) and Â£14.77 (red zone weekend rate - subject to T&C's).

To become a licensed operator, you will receive NHS Pathway training (a highly advanced telephone triage tool), used for assessing, triaging and directing the public to urgent and emergency care services.

We are offering both full time and part time classroom-based courses, which runs: 
  • full time Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm for 4 weeks, 
  • part time Sat & Sun (9.00am-5.00pm) including Tues, Weds, Thurs (5.00pm-9.30pm) for 6 weeks
