We are seeking a Receptionist/Service Administrator, based in our new Stockton-on-Tees Contact Centre, you’ll be an integral part of the healthcare team by bringing your administration skills and passion for care.
You will be the first point of contact for our staff and visitors providing a warm and friendly welcome. The role requires confidentiality at all times in line with Practice Plus Group policies and procedures. You will be answering all incoming calls in a professional manner ensuring calls are passed to the relevant parties or information recorded and shared appropriately.
This is a Permanent, Full-Time position working 37.5 hours a week. You will be working in Stockton-on-Tees, in our newly furbished office. There may be occasion when you are required to travel to other Practice Plus Group bases.
