ISMS Clinical Lead

As a Clinical Lead you will be a registered adult nurse with valid NMC registration and you’ll be an integral part of the healthcare team by bringing your top-notch skills, passion for care, and leadership to the role. You will also have experience in Substance Misuse.

This is a leadership role and with your team leaders, you will model a culture of compassion, courage, and competence. The role will include providing challenge, support, and mentorship at the point of delivery, drawing the best from our staff, and improving the quality of care for our services.
