Our Surrey Out of Hours (OOH) service is looking for an experienced operations professional to join their growing team. You will use your skills to develop the already established operation, this will include supervision of our remote operational staff.

The successful candidate will monitor and evaluate the performance of staff via appraisals and audits. You will also help with training and development activities where needed. Alongside this you will ensure rota times are compliant with business needs and National Quality Requirements (NQR's).

Reporting into the Lead Operations Supervisor you will work hand in hand in maintaining Practice Plus Groups high quality of service delivery. The main focus will be our patient experience whilst maximising resource utilisation.

This is a full time role (37.5 hours per week), 50% of your time will be spent during the evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
