Healthcare Assistant

As a Health Care Assistant in our Southampton team you’ll be responsible for assisting the nursing team with patient care, coordinating clinics, administration, stock control and equipment maintenance.

Above all, you have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling and want to work in an environment where the work can be hard, but also fun and rewarding. 

• Have already achieved NVQ 2 in health and social care 
• Current Phlebotomy experience in hospital or GP surgery is desirable
• Experience or a good understanding of a HCA duties and responsibilities 
• The ability to receive and communicate information accurately and take instruction from professional colleagues.
• Someone with the flexibility to fit into internal rotating shift pattern.
