You will be a qualified Registered Nurse (Mental Health) with a real passion for developing your clinical skills in an environment that is ever changing. You’ll have a flexible approach working within a team that encourage new ideas and opinions on how to improve the service. You will have either have experience within clinical management or be ready to take the next step in your career towards leading a team of clinical professionals.

Although not essential ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment.
