We have an exciting opportunity for a Principle Psychologist at HMP Winchester to join our team. HMP Winchester is a Category B Local remand prison located in Central Winchester accommodating approximately 670 male prisoners.
Although the site is close to Winchester city centre there is onsite (free!) parking for all staff and it is a short walk from Winchester train station.
Due to HMP Winchester holding remand prisoners and to support the daily regime, we do require staff to work on rota basis and you can be asked to work nights, bank holidays and weekends although if you’re looking for flexibility we can discuss this at interview
Full time, part time (flexible hours - minimum of 22.5 hours week) and you’ll receive an annual salary up to £60,000 per annum - depending on experience.
Golden Hello - £3,000 (£1,000 in 6 months of service, £1,000 after 12 months and £1,000 after 24 months of service - conditions apply).
