Social Care Support Worker

As our new Social Care Support Worker, your responsibilities will vary. Some of your duties will include:

• Provide outstanding quality based care to all patients
• Assist patients with daily activities - respecting individual needs, dignity and privacy
• Assist patients with nutritional requirements 
• Deliver healthcare under the supervision of a qualified nurse, and assist with the delivery of care plans

• Ideally hold an NVQ Level 2/3 qualification in Health & Social Care, or equivalent
• Have a non-judgemental and compassionate approach
