Bank Endoscopy Healthcare Assistant

With your NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification and your experience of caring for others, you will also have:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Ability to work in a busy and demanding environment.
• Confident following instructions and escalating concerns appropriately.
• A proactive, flexible and positive approach to work.
• Previous experience working within a hospital or healthcare environment - desirable.
• Experience supporting patients in a clinical setting - desirable.
• Availability to work at short notice to support service requirements - desirable.
