As Head of Nusing and Clinical Services, you'll work closely with senior clinical and operational leaders to ensure safe, effective and patient focused care across our surgical and diagnostic services.
As Head of Nursing and Clinical Services, you'll provide strategic, professional and operational leadership across Nursing and Allied Health Professional services, supporting the Hospital Director and working alongside the Medical Director to deliver exceptional clinical outcomes.
You'll have responsibility for services including theatres, wards, pre-operative assessment, outpatients, endoscopy, therapies, imaging, pharmacy, sterile services and virtual care platforms. You'll lead on quality improvement, workforce development, clinical governance and regulatory compliance, ensuring the hospital continues to deliver safe and effective care for every patient.
