We’re looking for a highly organised and professional Personal Assistant to the Hospital Manager and Senior Management Team to join our team at Practice Plus Group Hospital Gillingham. This is a pivotal role at the heart of the hospital, providing high‑level, confidential administrative support to senior leaders and helping ensure the smooth and effective day‑to‑day running of the site.
You’ll act as a trusted gatekeeper, working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and supporting senior leaders to focus on delivering outstanding patient care. If you’re proactive, detail‑driven and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, this role offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to make a real impact.
This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours a week, however 30 hours will be considered for the right candidate.
