Scrub Practitioner (Orthopaedics)

As an NMC‑registered Nurse or HCPC‑registered Operating Department Practitioner, you will also have:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a scrub practitioner.
• Proven competence in scrub practice, ideally within orthopaedics.
• Strong knowledge of peri‑operative standards, aseptic technique and patient safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast‑paced theatre environment.
• A flexible, positive attitude and commitment to delivering high‑quality care.
