Senior Pharmacist, Plymouth-part-time.
-22.5 hours per week (Wednesday -Friday)
At Practice Plus Group Hospital Plymouth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and autonomous Senior Pharmacist to join our hospital pharmacy team on a part-time basis. Working 22.5 hours per week, Wednesday to Friday (with occasional Saturdays), you will play a key role in delivering safe, effective and patient-focused pharmacy services across a range of elective specialities including Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, General Surgery and Endoscopy.
As a Senior Pharmacist, you will provide expert clinical pharmacy services across our outpatient department, day surgery unit, inpatient ward and theatres. You will work closely with consultants, clinicians and the wider multidisciplinary team to optimise medicines use, enhance patient outcomes and support service development. You will also provide clinical ward and dispensary cover, mentor colleagues and support the Site Lead Pharmacist in maintaining high standards of medicines governance and patient safety
