About The Role

Are you looking for an exciting role, in which you can lead the operations aspect of our Unscheduled Care Co-ordination Hub (UCCH)?

This full time role will be based in Ipswich with an expectation to travel to Partner Locations when required. You will also need to split your time in and out of hours, weekends included.

This new full time position will work with a multitude of stakeholders across Practice Plus Group and the East of England Ambulance Trust (EEAST) to maintain our patient centred approach, directly improving the efficiency of the service.

The UCCH vision is to ensure that ‘People receive the right care, in the right place, first time, every time’ as outlined in the NHS 10 Year Plan.
