About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Operations Supervisor to support the smooth running of our Surrey Out-of-Hours (OOH) services based in Dorking. In this pivotal role, you’ll help shape and develop operational delivery, ensuring our staff and patients receive the highest-quality support and service.

As part of our dedicated leadership team, you will oversee remote operational colleagues, including Call Centre, Driver, and Reception staff. You’ll play a key part in monitoring performance, supporting staff development, and ensuring teams are confident, engaged, and equipped to deliver exceptional patient care.

You will also contribute to maintaining operational standards, supporting rota management, and ensuring National Quality Requirements (NQRs) are consistently met. This role is essential in maintaining safe, efficient, and patient-focused services that reflect the values of Practice Plus Group.
