We have an exciting opportunity for a Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Frailty Team at West Midlands Regional Hub Office based at HMP Oakwood Visitors Centre.

As a Advanced Clinical Practitioner you will provide high-quality, person-centred care across three sites: HMP Oakwood, HMP Featherstone and HMP Brinsford.

The ideal candidate will have experience and a genuine interest in supporting individuals with long-term conditions, demonstrating empathy, patience, and a person-centred approach. They will be able to understand and respond to a range of physical, mental, or chronic health needs, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times.

Hours:

Monday - Friday
37.5 hours per week
8am - 4pm

Salary:

This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary between £59,677- £66,791 per annum FTE, depending on experience.
