- Preparing for meetings and supporting the Regional Quality & Patient Experience Manager
- Taking minutes, maintaining action logs and collating information for presentations
- Managing diaries and ensuring meetings meet quorum requirements
- Supporting Patient Experience Administrators with letters, emails and general admin
- Uploading case notes, voice recordings and documents as required
- Providing dictation support to senior clinical leaders
- Collating Health & Safety documentation across NWL and SWL sites
- Supporting audits, deep‑dives and DATIX administration
- Updating documentation, posters and public‑facing materials
- Maintaining oversight of Business Continuity and Fire Warden checklists
- Providing cross‑cover administrative support when needed
- Assisting in developing improved administrative and business support systems
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure
- Proactive, reliable and self‑motivated approach
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Good general education and strong IT skills, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Understanding of confidentiality, data protection and customer‑focused environments
- Previous administrative experience supporting senior managers
- Flexible, adaptable and able to demonstrate common sense and tact
