HR Operations Manager

As our new HR Operations Manager, your responsibilities will vary. Some of your duties will include:

• Manage and lead the team of HR Administrators, offering effective leadership, support and development
• Have overall responsibility for the employee lifecycle, including in employment contract changes and pay changes
• Ensure full compliance with NHS and CQC standards relating to employee contracts, benefits, payroll etc 
• Lead on the TUPE transfer of new staff into the business 
• Be responsible for right to work compliance, including visa and sponsorship, and renewals of work permits
• Maintain and update contracts of employment and any amendments as necessary 
• Support the renewal of professional registrations
• Be responsible for the administration of non financial benefits
• Act as the first point of contact for Subject Access Requests (SARS) and any GDPR queries
• Work closely with other areas of the business, including recruitment and post offer, payroll, pensions etc

As our new HR Operations Manager, you will have:

• Previous experience of leading a team within a HR environment, and any healthcare background would a beneficial 
  
• Experience of overseeing the employee lifecycle 
• Experience of using HR systems, such as iTrent or Workday
• Knowledge of visas and work permits
• Have a keen eye for detail and enjoy the compliance side of a role 
• Any TUPE experience would be a bonus
