About the Role

As an Workforce Planning Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Workforce Planning Manager to deliver cost-efficient resource schedules that align with performance KPIs and budgetary goals. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining shift schedules, updating forecasting models, and supporting strategic planning initiatives across our national operations.
