Administrator

• Dealing with patients, healthcare colleagues and other professionals over the phone, face to face and via email, delivering a high level service at all times
• Work on the wings one day per week (2 x 30 minute slots), acting as the admin contact for prisoners and helping them with any admin related questions or issues
• Provide a high quality admin service to the healthcare team
• Coordinate clinics and chase referrals (internal and external)
• Arrange and chase hospital appointments, prisoner release and transfers, and arrange appointments for follow on care
