Practice Plus Group are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to join our national network, supporting our National Medical Directors within our Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) division.
You will provide efficient and smooth administrative assistance to our IUC Medical Directors, the base for this role can be flexible and even home based, but you will need to travel to our Uxbridge office occasionally. You will lean on your excellent relationship building skills to develop working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
This role is offering 24 hours over 4 days (Mon – Thurs 9am-3pm) but we are open to discussion for the right candidate. This is a hybrid role, 2 days in the office at Stockley Park (Uxbridge) and 2 days remote working. Occasional travel to other PPG sites will be required and one day every other month there will be a 9pm finish (time off in lieu given).
