Complaints and Clinical Governance Coordinator

As a Complaints and Clinical Governance Coordinator your responsibilities will vary. You will

• Analyse patient experience data and the investigation of Stage 2, NHSE and PHSO complaints 

• Record, monitor and ensure timely responses to patient incidents and feedback, ensuring site staff receive appropriate training and support where required.

• Undertake analysis identifying themes and trends in concerns and complaints, providing local, regional and national feedback to improve processes and promote positive patient experience.

• Support the National Head of Participation (Experience and Involvement) Health in Justice in communicating and celebrating themes in compliments.

Requirements

• A Degree, or professional equivalent
• Ability to investigate, assimilate and communicate complex messages in a format that is appropriate for patient group.
• Willingness and ability to appropriately adapt communication style to ensure meaningful engagement with patients and their families regarding patient experience.
• Motivated as an individual and when working in a team
• Excellent communication skills
