Administrator

• Provide excellent admin support to the substance misuse team
• Make up referral packs, and allocate patients to Recovery Workers 
• Ensure that Recovery Workers and Nurses have all necessary paperwork and information for patients in their caseload
• Dealing with patients, healthcare colleagues and other professionals over the phone, face to face and via email, delivering a high level service at all times
• Work on the healthcare system (SystmOne) - inputting referrals and ensuring records are accurate, as well as running reports
• Attend meetings and take minutes as necessary
