We have an exciting opportunity for a Substance Misuse Non-Medical Prescriber to join our Substance Misuse team at HMP Brixton, a category B Prison located in Brixton, London

HMP Brixton is a Male Prison that has recently been re-rolled from a Cat C to a Cat B prison. It's the oldest prison in London and houses 770 inmates. The prison provides a range of healthcare from Primary Care, Mental Health and Substance Misuse Support and Nursing support. Nursing care is 24 hours.

The ideal candidate will need to have the Substance Misuse Specialism as NMP and have experience prescribing for opiate or NPS patients as well as alcohol dependency.

Hours

Monday - Friday

37.5 hours per week

0900 - 1730 (can be flexible with start / finish times)

Salary

This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary up to £58,000 per annum FTE - depending on experience.
