We have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Assistant to join our Pharmacy team at HMP Oakwood, a category C male prison located in Featherstone, Staffordshire.

Hours

This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week, usually Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm.

Salary

This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary up to £24,973 per annum - depending on experience.

Prior to joining Practice Plus Group I spent almost 10 years working in community, but I have found that the prison environment is where I feel I can utilise my skills and truly make a difference. I see patients with complex health issues, I help keep them informed about their medication and support out-patients in managing their conditions day to day.
