Deputy Head of Healthcare

As a Deputy Head of Healthcare, your responsibilities will vary. You will

• Deputise for the Head of Healthcare in all aspects of their role
• Partner with the Head of Healthcare for the effective day-to-day operational management of all clinical services across the site.
• Support the management of all service level agreements, ensuring performance-monitoring standards are adhered to and the highest standards of care are maintained.

Qualifications and Experience

• Current professional qualification (NMC, HCPC or equivalent)
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
  
• Experience of client management
• Experience developing effective working relationships with stakeholders

Although not essential ideal applicants would have experience in a prison environment.
