Due to growth, we are now looking for a Clinical Trainer for our brand new site in Stockton-on-Tees. This a permanent full time role, 37.5 hours per week contracted on a flexible basis to cover both full time and part time training courses.
Yearly salary: £43,805
Main Duties of the Role:
You will work with the Head of 111 Training, Network Clinical and Operational trainers, to devise, co-ordinate and deliver induction and new starter training, Pathways upgrade training, soft skill and technical training within the 111 call centres by providing clinical and operational input.
As an experienced NHS Pathways Clinical Advisor and Accredited NHS Pathway Clinical Trainer, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality clinical and non-clinical NHS Pathways, bespoke workshops and other solutions.
You will deliver face to face workshops at Stockton 111 site and using MS Teams to our existing colleagues and new starters including Pathways Core Module 1 and Adastra platform. You will also regularly deliver Pathways Clinical Core Module 1 and 2 and coaching courses. You’ll share your knowledge and embed confidence ensuring that colleagues are well trained and confident to fulfil their role. As well as this, you will support and lead NHS Pathways release updates, soft skill and technical training at site and across the Network.
You will be based on site at our Stockton 111 site.
In conjunction with the site based Operational Trainers, you will support both Operational and Clinical colleagues in the Foundation Bay actively coaching and mentoring, manning Foundation Bay advice line and recording activity to ensure robust development plans are in place to ensure that staff leaving the Foundation Bay are ready to join our experienced 111 call handling team.
