We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Mental Health Support Worker (Neurodiversity) to join the team at HMP Wealstun, a Category C male prison with an operational capacity of around 1000. The prison has good transport links, as well as a free onsite car park.

This is a brand new role, created due to growth within the mental health team as we expand our service to patients. This is an excellent opportunity for a current Senior, or experienced Mental Health Support Worker to take the next step in their development! We are looking for someone with a keen interest in Neurodiversity to join us to help our patients with conditions like ADHD, Autism, Learning Difficulties etc. 
 
Hours:
 
This is a full time role, 37.5 hours per week, and you will work Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00, with occasional weekends. 
 
Salary:

This position is full time , you’ll receive an annual salary up to £30,500 per annum - depending on experience.
