Practice Plus Group are looking for Enhanced Clinical Validation Clinicians to join a team of well established, experienced senior clinicians working across the Devon Integrated Care System (ICS) to deliver an exciting new model of care in line with the NHS 111 service: enhanced clinical validation of emergency outcomes.
You will contact patients triaged by 111 who have either an initial Emergency Department or Ambulance outcome (category 3 and 4) from NHS Pathways to provide telephony-based care including clinical assessment, treatment, referral and advice. The team is well established and currently, around 80% of the patients they speak are not referred to Emergency Department or the ambulance service.
