We have an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant to join the Primary Care team at HMP Oakwood, a category C prison located in Featherstone, approximately 5 miles outside of Wolverhampton.
This is a crucial role within the healthcare team, making a real difference to patients, and delivering outstanding care. HMP Oakwood is the largest prison in the UK, with outstanding facilities and training opportunities. We invest in our team, offer lots of training and upskilling opportunities.
You could learn lots of new skills here with us, including ECG, medication, respiratory, tissue viability, wound care and long term conditions.
Hours:
This is a full time role, and you will work night shifts between 19:45 - 08:00, including weekends.
Salary:
This position is full time , you’ll receive an annual salary of up to £28,800 per annum.
