About The Role

ADD TO LIFE. EVERY LIFE
Where making a difference changes lives

Secure environments are one of the most challenging, yet rewarding places for healthcare professionals to work. If you’re looking for a role where you can develop your existing clinical skills and learn something new every day in an environment that never stands still, then this could be the opportunity for you.

As the leader of the Planned Care team you will work with the Head of Healthcare and Deputy Head of Healthcare to develop processes and methods to treat, inform and guide the patient group through their treatment, recovery and long term goals.

Working with the other clinical leads, you will ensure all team members from Early days, Planned Care and Unplanned Care teams are well supported through regular clinical and management supervision.

About You

This is a leadership role and with your team leaders, you will model a culture of compassion, courage, and competence. The role will include providing challenge, support, and mentorship at the point of delivery, drawing the best from our staff, and improving the quality of care for our services.
