The role requires a confident and empathetic individual with strong communication skills, the role is predominantly phone and email based, speaking with patients that have enquired about having private surgery at Practice Plus Group. The team seek to get to know their customers, giving them a personalised and tailored experience every step of the way, to the point of booking a consultation. They care about their customers and want to give them exceptional service.
With a great office culture, the role requires somebody who is a team player and likes to get stuck in.
Scope of the role
You will responsible for taking enquiries from potential patients who are enquiring about our outstanding healthcare services, talking them through the range of procedures and diagnostic tests we offer, providing accurate details of the next steps and discussing our pricing model. You’ll become an expert on our 10 hospitals and the services they offer, and the surgeons that work there.
You will ideally have a track record of achieving targets and KPI's and experience in a sales role that handles a large number of enquiries as well as having an empathetic and understanding attitude, but we are happy to consider those from a different sector who have the required skill-set and can demonstrate a passion for customer service and the motivation to make a difference. Healthcare experience isn’t needed as we’ll train you on everything you need to know.
Shifts for this role are Monday - Friday between the hours of either 08:00 - 16:00, 09:00 - 17:00 or 10:00 - 18:00
