We are looking for a Booking and Scheduling Coordinator to join our welcoming and diverse Administration team based at our Gillingham Hospital.
About the Role
As a member of the administration team, you will be the first point of contact in a back office and reception setting.
You will manage all front of house administrative tasks such as, arranging patient appointment, liaising with GP’s to insure we have all relevant patient information, communicating any delays with line managers, rebooking cancelled appointments and insuring all correct information is stored on our Maxims system.
Shifts for this role are on a rota and will be Monday to Saturday and between 8am - 6pm.
