We are looking for Contact Support Runner on a permanent basis, which could be the opportunity you have been looking for to start your healthcare career!
This is a part time role, we are offering 16 hours per week to be worked over Saturdays and Sundays.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Manage the re-direction of cases that have been incorrectly referred, ensuring they have been received by the correct provider
- Ensure an audit trail for each case has been recorded
- Monitor the NHS mailboxes, responding to emails or flagging to a team leader or shift lead as appropriate.
- Manage the NHS mailboxes effectively to ensure the capacity is not exceeded
- Report any issues with the NHS mailboxes to a team leader or shift lead to ensure it is reported to IT and resolved.
- Deal with general administrative duties including photocopying etc.,
- Operate an efficient and effective filing storage and system.
- Provide refreshments to all members of call centre staff as and when required.
- Ensure general tidiness of the call centre at all times.
