The Role:
The Senior Recruitment Marketing Manager will be a dedicated resource within the central marketing team to support recruitment functions in their efforts to effectively market vacancies within Practice Plus Group’s new hospital site in the Birmingham area.
As a Senior Recruitment Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in attracting top talent to join us. Your primary focus will be developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to promote our employment opportunities and enhance our employer brand. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR and recruitment teams, to understand their needs and create targeted campaigns that effectively reach and engage potential candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and introduce Practice Plus Group’s employer brand to a geography we’ve previously had no presence in.
- Build strong working relationships with the divisional resourcing function, to understand their individual and collective objectives in order to work with them to form recruitment marketing plans.
- Work with our executive and senior leadership team to shape, frame and articulate our aspirational employer brand and the culture of the team we want to create.
- Understand the mobilisation plan the resourcing team are working to, the volumes of hires required and at what time. Using this devise and implement a recruitment marketing strategy to aid the resourcing team in meeting their objectives related to the mobilisation.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment marketing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Create compelling content for various channels, including job postings, social media, email campaigns, and career websites.
- Utilise data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimise results.
- Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance the reputation of Practice Plus Group as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all recruitment channels.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing and implement innovative strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate new ideas.
- Analytical skills to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
