We have a unique opportunity for experienced Sales Executives / Advisors to join our sales team, working with Private Patients across our network of hospitals.
Scope of the role
Day to day, you will responsible for taking enquiries from potential patients looking to take advantage of our clinically outstanding healthcare services, talking them through the range of procedures and diagnostic tests appropriate for them and providing accurate details of next steps and pricing model.
It’s a highly rewarding role, where you will be working as part of a team that make a difference to people’s live every day.
About the Role
Your professionalism, customer service experience and excellent positive communication skills will help facilitate patient enquiries into a clinical consultation, test or procedure within our Practice Plus Group Hospitals.
Your analytical skills will allow you to ascertain facts, problem solve and seek answers to queries for customers and your attention to detail will ensure accurate and timely information for patients.
You will be used to achieving targets within a KPI driven market and experience in a sales role that handles a large number of enquiries as well as an empathetic and understanding attitude.
