We recognise training and development is key, therefore we provide a training portal to facilitate your needs as well as have an in-depth induction for all staff whether you have experience of working in prisons or not. You will gain insight into Mental Health and Substance Misuse, as well as access to a variety of training opportunities with the opportunity to work towards your RCGP level 2 and other qualifications should you wish.

We offer an annual salary of up to £126,000 per annum (pro rata for part time applications) plus payment of MDU/MPS subscription and CPD days. If you are looking for portfolio work or cross site working, we can offer this on a temporary or permanent basis with the opportunities of extra shifts and overtime also.
