About The Role

Practice Plus Group are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to join our national network, supporting our National Medical Directors within our Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) division.

This role is a part- time role, for 24 hours per week. These hours should be split across 4 days. 

This role will be based at out Stockley Park office for the induction period of approx. 4 weeks. Following this, a hybrid arrangement of 2 days at home and 2 days in the office will be expected.

Key Responsibilities:

This role will work alongside our National Medical Directors for Integrated Urgent Care, providing them with a high level of administration and PA support. You will provide an efficient and smooth service to aid our Medical Directors in their daily roles.

About the role:

Diary Management and planning
Minute taking and action tracking
Processing of expense claims
Ad-hoc project support on wider IUC projects
Use of IT systems

About You

PA experience is essential. Experience of supporting Directors at a senior level is preferred.
Knowledge of healthcare, ideally previously working with clinical staff.
Efficient use of MS Office systems
Excellent communication skills and articulate at communicating with staff at all levels. 
Good time management and prioritisation skills.

Qualifications:

GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths at grade A–C
