About The Role

Looking for a way to make the most of your communication, organisation and administration skills? Join the team supporting our Clinical Assessment Service in South West London, plus the chance to develop your career.

As the largest independent provider of NHS services, Practice Plus Group is delivering a new model of Integrated Urgent Care that reduces pressures on services and staff. By bringing together NHS 111 call centres, clinical assessment and other urgent care services, we enable patients to access the right care, when they need it. It’s better for everyone.

As a Coordinator at our Clinical Assessment Service, you’ll be a single point of contact and liaison for all members of this multidisciplinary team, as well as other internal and external services. You’ll provide coordination and support to ensure the smooth running of shifts – and respond swiftly and efficiently if there’s any breakdown in the service. This could include making comfort/safety calls to patients when required.

This is a full time permanent role, working Monday - Friday 8am-4pm.
